Before you go. Readers have reported problems with this service.

Finup is a crypto-funded virtual-card platform for media buyers, contracting through Inspirodev LLC with cards issued by Third National under a Visa licence. It runs two card lines — a business card and an advertising card that the help centre scopes explicitly to Facebook, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Taboola, Reddit, Snapchat and X — with unlimited issuance, Owner/Admin/Employee roles, a documented REST API and a read-only MCP connector that lets an AI assistant query balances, team spend and declines. The domain has been registered since 2022, though the company's own blog and public profile only start in 2024.

Whether to take Finup

In its favour

  • The whole price list is visible before signup: card issuance, deposit percentage, per-transaction fee and monthly upkeep, broken out for each of the three volume tiers.
  • Decline pricing is published as a ladder in the help centre — nothing below a 10% thirty-day decline rate, $0.25 from 10% to 25%, $0.40 from 25% to 50%, $0.50 above that.
  • The 3DS one-time code appears in the card details panel of the dashboard and a static 3DS password sits beside it, so nothing depends on an SMS to a number the buyer does not own.
  • The Spend Card terms name the counterparty, Inspirodev LLC, and the issuing bank, Third National, under a Visa licence, and publish a US phone number and a support address.
  • Team mechanics are documented rather than implied: Owner, Admin and Employee roles, a wallet per member, card transfer between members with the balance attached, per-card monthly limits and transaction export.
  • A documented REST API covers card issuing, funding, freeze, close and the BIN list, and a read-only MCP connector answers balance, spend and decline questions from an AI assistant.

Against it

  • The Facebook-ads page promises no service fees, no transaction fees and no decline penalties, while the help centre bills $0.25 to $0.50 per decline once the thirty-day rate passes 10% and the entry plan charges $1.20 on every transaction.
  • The advertised $3 card and 3% deposit belong to the Scale tier, which requires $10,000 of monthly turnover; a new account sits on Trial at $10 per card, a 5% deposit fee and $1.20 per transaction.
  • Cards are issued in US dollars only, and the Spend Card terms allow a foreign exchange fee of up to 3% and a cross-border fee of up to 3% on the same charge whenever the merchant is outside the US.
  • Trustpilot reviewers report accounts closed with money inside — "they suddenly closed my account for no reason and took all my funds" (January 2026) and an "automatic account locking system after a certain usage period, without any possibility of recovery" (December 2025); the profile holds 37 reviews, too thin a base to read either way.
  • Partnerkin reviewers describe verification demanded only after the first deposit and first payment, the verification vendor rejecting Russian and Belarusian documents, a thirty-day withdrawal hold, X Ads reclassified as a "high-risk merchant" from a list published nowhere, and a refusal to refund card-issuance fees already paid; fb-killa.pro carries a report of a block followed by a $700 loss.
  • Withdrawals are processed by hand between 10:00 and 20:00 UTC+3, can be held when declines run high and are unavailable while any card carries a negative balance; the terms also cancel gambling, crypto, investing and dating payments and charge a 25% penalty on the amount.
  • "Primary billing" — paying for other people's ad accounts — is a prohibited use, which sits badly with the white-label pitch aimed at agencies, and the BIN inventory is quoted only as a floor ("20+" on the business card, "30+" on the advertising card) with the issuing countries named in a Telegram post rather than on the site.
  • Cards do not refill themselves: the help centre says a card can only be topped up by hand from the Wallet balance and advises checking card balances regularly, names insufficient card funds as the commonest cause of a decline, and the only auto-reload Finup offers is one the buyer builds on its API — while declines past a 10% thirty-day rate are billed at $0.25 to $0.50 each.

Pricing is a three-tier table keyed to monthly turnover, not a subscription. Trial ("From $0/month") charges $10 per card issued, a 5% deposit fee and $1.20 per transaction; Scale ("From $10k/month") charges $3 per card and 3% on deposits with transactions free; Prime ("From $100k/month") is listed as "From $0" per card and 2% on deposits. Monthly card upkeep is free on all three tiers, as is moving money between the account balance and a card in either direction. Declines are billed on their own ladder: nothing below a 10% thirty-day decline rate, $0.25 from 10% to 25%, $0.40 from 25% to 50% and $0.50 above 50%. Cards are USD-only and the Spend Card terms add "Foreign Exchange Fee (non USD): up to 3%" and "Cross Border Fee: up to 3%", both of which can land on the same payment. A deposit under the minimum is credited by hand for $10; withdrawals start at $10 plus the network fee, quoted at $2 on TRC-20. The minimum first deposit cannot be stated as a number here because the site gives $50 on the pricing FAQ and $500 on the Facebook-ads page. The terms add a 25% penalty on gambling, cryptocurrency, investing and dating transactions and a $500 minimum working balance for anyone testing high-risk merchants.

Where Finup contradicts itself

9 places where the provider's own pages disagree with each other. Nothing here is our judgement — each line quotes both sides.

  • The minimum first deposit is stated as $50 in the pricing FAQ and as $500 on the VCC-for-Facebook-Ads page at the same time, so no first-deposit figure can be relied on.
  • The Facebook-ads page states "There are no service fees, no transaction fees, and no penalties for declined payments" while the help centre publishes decline fees of $0.25 to $0.50 and the pricing table charges $1.20 per transaction on the entry tier.
  • The same Facebook-ads page presents "a one-time $3 card issuance fee and a 3% top-up fee" as the price of the product, but the pricing table puts $3 and 3% behind the Scale tier and bills a new account $10 per card and 5% per deposit.
  • The advertising-card landing page sells "an unlimited number of virtual cards without KYC" while the help centre describes mandatory verification with a questionnaire, phone number, identity document and selfie.
  • The homepage offers funding "with fiat & crypto" and the pricing FAQ repeats "as well as fiat currencies", but Finup's own 2026 article states that "funding is restricted to crypto assets only" and that bank transfers are not accepted.
  • Several landing pages still sell a Platinum card on "Connect to Apple Pay & Google Pay" while the help centre says Finup cards cannot be added to either wallet and that trying may result in the card being closed.
  • The help centre says cards are issued in US dollars only, yet the pricing table advertises a multi-currency row on all three plans and the cards page claims fiat wallets in USD and EUR.
  • The pricing table sets the middle tier at "From $10k/month" while the company's own marketing director described the threshold between tiers publicly as $1,000 of monthly turnover.
  • One help article says Finup offers BINs both with and without 3DS so buyers can pick a faster checkout, while another states that 3DS is automatically enabled on every Finup BIN.
