Asks for a light checkIssues reported

Before you go. Readers have reported problems with this service.

FlexCard is a card programme run on someone else's BINs — a reviewer's BIN check resolved both the "London" and "Sao Paulo" cards to the Estonian issuer Wallester — sold to media buyers, arbitrage teams and agencies rather than to consumers. Money moves in two steps: crypto or wire into an account wallet, then wallet onto a named BIN, from which every card draws. Its one genuinely unusual mechanic is the proportional refund of the BIN top-up commission when funds are pulled back off a BIN, which is what makes moving between BINs cheap.

Total, per $100 of ad spend: not published

Neither the balance top-up nor the card top-up is published, so there is no figure to give.

Who it is for

Teams that move between BINs often and are prepared to keep only working capital on the platform.

Whether to take FlexCard

In its favour

  • Terms 4.7-4.10 set no cap on cards, cardholders or spend per account, and clause 4.13 states that card limits may be changed free of charge.
  • The BIN top-up commission is refunded proportionally when funds are moved back from a BIN to the wallet, so switching BINs or leaving budget unspent does not sink the fee.
  • Balance sits on the BIN rather than on individual cards, so per-card daily and monthly limits replace funding every card separately.
  • Three defined roles — Owner, the only role that can withdraw, plus Manager and Teammate — with CSV and XLSX transaction export and a breakdown by merchant, BIN and buyer.
  • Registration takes an email and no documents; Terms 2.3 states that the service does not verify the accuracy of user data, and the developer-cards page says any name may be entered in the cardholder field.
  • A published API covers card issuance, automated top-ups, spend analytics and team access control.

Against it

  • No legal entity, licence number or registered address appears anywhere on flexcard.cards, and Terms 8.3 assigns disputes to "the jurisdiction of the location of the Service" without saying where that location is.
  • Terms 6.3(c) permits suspension with no refund for a decline rate above 20% or for "connection to or association with another blocked account", and clauses 2.2 and 4.3 make every member of a team jointly liable.
  • Partnerkin reviewers describe blocked accounts with balances left unpaid — one documents a $312.86 withdrawal marked "Completed" that never arrived, with roughly $530 and €57 outstanding after about six months; a gdetraffic reviewer reports over $740 stuck after a block.
  • Several Partnerkin reviewers say that after depositing they were asked for "recommendations and confirmations" published nowhere on the site, and support replied that it "did not have time to update" the site.
  • No price list is published: the homepage states that fees are shown on each BIN card inside the dashboard, so decline, conversion and maintenance charges cannot be checked before the $50 deposit.
  • Top-ups run through the support chat, whose stated hours are 10:00-22:00 UTC+3, so there is no overnight funding; withdrawals are manual, restricted to the Owner role and, per support, handled by "accounting" outside the dashboard.
  • Nearly every third-party review carries a FlexCard referral link and no neutral forum discussion was found, so the 4.3 Trustpilot score rests on a review base that cannot be independently corroborated.
  • Terms 4.16 prohibits advertising pharmaceuticals and adult "nutra" products, the short rules add drugs, weapons and adult content, and Universal cards are declined at gambling and betting merchants — while the provider's own Telegram invites buyers to work "with any verticals — from gambling to nutra", and a breach of 4.16 is punished under Terms 6.3(c) by termination with no refund.

What FlexCard charges

To issue a card$2
Minimum top-up$50

Not published: balance top-up, card top-up, per transaction, outside the card's currency, monthly, per declined payment.

Card issuance is the only charge fixed in writing: "Card issuing fee ranges from 2 to 4 USD or EUR" (Terms 4.12), with the homepage advertising "from $2"; individual BINs launched at $2.50,2.50 and £2, and a 30 December to 31 January promotion set a flat $2.50. The minimum deposit is 50 USD/EUR and a 50 USD balance is required before any card can be issued. The top-up commission is not one number — "from 3%" on the homepage and in Terms 4.11, a flat 3% on the TikTok landing page, 3.5% in the official Telegram channel in March 2026, 4% and 4.5% in individual BIN launch posts — so the field is left blank rather than picking one, and the low end is tied to deposit and spend volume the provider never quantifies. No maintenance fee is stated on the current site at all; the widely repeated "$0 card service fee" traces to review sites, not to flexcard.cards. Figures circulating as an official schedule — $0.15 per authorisation, conversion "from 1%", $1.49 per USDT deposit, $2 per TRC-20 withdrawal — could not be found on the site, in the Terms or in the channel history, and the one directory that lists them gives a different structure entirely (0.15 EUR plus 0.10 USD inside the EU, 0.22 EUR plus 0.18 USD outside). The homepage states outright that fees are shown on each BIN card inside the dashboard, which means the real price is visible only after the deposit.

The platforms it names

FlexCard names 9 platforms it is built for. A service is listed under a platform only where it says so itself — not where a review says it for them.

Where FlexCard contradicts itself

4 places where the provider's own pages disagree with each other. Nothing here is our judgement — each line quotes both sides.

  • The top-up commission is stated four different ways by the provider itself: the homepage and Terms 4.11 say "from 3%, depending on the deposit amount and total spending volume", the TikTok landing page says a flat "3% with no hidden charges", the official Telegram channel said 3.5% in March 2026, and individual BIN launch posts announced 4% (Seattle, Copenhagen, the new US BINs) and 4.5% (Philadelphia).
  • The number of BINs is given as "40+ Private BINs" on the advertising landing page, as "20+" in the bio of the provider's own Telegram channel, while directories and reviews count roughly eleven BINs actually listed to customers.
  • The homepage says "You only need an Email to register" and Terms 2.3 says the service does not verify the accuracy of user data, yet the provider's own Telegram describes account activation as a manual verification handled in the support chat, and several reviewers report being asked after depositing for "recommendations and confirmations" that appear nowhere on the site.
  • BINs are sold under city and country labels at different prices while a reviewer's BIN check resolved both the "London" BIN at $4 per card and the "Sao Paulo" BIN at $2 per card to the same Estonian issuer, Wallester, with an Estonian billing address.
