UnCard is a crypto-funded virtual card platform that sits between the consumer and the media-buying segments: it names Facebook, Google and TikTok as ad platforms and sells per-ad-account cards, but it also ships a wallet card for Apple Pay and Google Pay and writes its marketing around subscriptions and travel. It accepts Monero, documents a USDT withdrawal route, and publishes no price of any kind — every fee is a plan attribute disclosed after signup.

Total, per $100 of ad spend: not published

Neither the balance top-up nor the card top-up is published, so there is no figure to give.

Who it is for

A solo buyer who wants one crypto-funded card for ad accounts and subscriptions, accepts Monero funding as the draw, and is willing to sign up before learning any price.

Whether to take UnCard

In its favour

  • Two card products with different jobs, which is rare in this segment: an Online Card built for 3DS checkouts and ad accounts, and a Wallet Card that lives inside Apple Pay and Google Pay for in-store spend.
  • Monero is accepted for funding alongside USDT, ETH, BTC, SOL and LTC, and deposits are credited to the wallet immediately.
  • Money can leave again — the terms document a USDT withdrawal of unused balance with a $10 minimum, which several competitors in this segment never describe at all.
  • A closed or expired card returns its remaining balance to the platform wallet automatically, so funds are not stranded on a dead card.
  • Signup is open and needs only an email; the terms state that certain card plans are issued with no identity verification at all.
  • No monthly fee is charged, stated plainly in the terms rather than implied by an empty pricing table.

Against it

  • ⚠️ Not one price is published anywhere on the site: the application fee, the recharge fee, the monthly limit and the recharge limit are all "depends on the card plan", visible only inside the platform after signup. /pricing returns 404.
  • ⚠️ The evidence base is a single Trustpilot review. The 3.7 score is that one review, the profile was claimed in April 2026, and Trustpilot itself carries the notice "This company may be associated with high-risk investments".
  • ⚠️ No issuer is named. The terms define "Issuer" as "the licensed financial institution or electronic money institution" and never say which one, and no BIN, BIN country or BIN count is published.
  • The KYC position is conditional, not absolute: the terms say requirements depend on the plan and that some plans require full KYC before issuance or activation, disclosed only during the application.
  • One card at a time per user by default; more slots must be purchased, which cuts against the per-ad-account card model the homepage sells.
  • No team features are described at all — no sub-accounts, no roles, no statements, no API — so an agency has nothing to work with.
  • Withdrawals carry a 48-hour minimum interval and the fee on the way out is not published; a balance under $10 cannot be refunded at cancellation and is simply written off.
  • The restricted-vertical list does not exist: the terms prohibit illegal activity in general terms and name no vertical, so a buyer cannot tell in advance whether their traffic is allowed.
  • The homepage counters are internally odd — 10k+ users against 2k+ cards issued — and no operating entity, jurisdiction or licence is named anywhere.

What UnCard charges

MonthlyFree
Minimum top-up$20

Not published: balance top-up, card top-up, per transaction, outside the card's currency, to issue a card, per declined payment.

Nothing is priced in public. The terms list the shape of the pricing without a single figure: "Application fee depends on the card plan", "A recharge fee applies", "Monthly limits and recharge limits apply depending on the card plan". The two numbers that are stated are a $20 minimum recharge and a $10 minimum withdrawal, both of which the Issuer reserves the right to change without notice. There is no monthly fee. Fees for issuance, top-up, decline, currency conversion and payments are displayed inside the platform before confirmation, which means the cost of running an ad account here cannot be calculated before creating an account and funding it.

The platforms it names

UnCard names 3 platforms it is built for. A service is listed under a platform only where it says so itself — not where a review says it for them.

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads

Where UnCard contradicts itself

3 places where the provider's own pages disagree with each other. Nothing here is our judgement — each line quotes both sides.

  • The terms open by describing UnCard as "a financial technology platform operating under the laws of the United States", and close with a governing-law clause putting every dispute under the law and courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • Card volume is claimed both ways on the provider's own pages: the Ad Spend section of the homepage says "Issue a dedicated card per ad account, set limits", while the terms state that "One user can only apply for one UnCard Card at a time" and that further slots must be purchased.
  • The Wallet Card is described as working "wherever Visa is supported", while the terms define the card as "the prepaid Visa or Mastercard card issued by the Issuer" without saying which network a given plan lands on.
