Cero Card

Asks for a documentOperational

Not open yet — a waitlist or a limited rollout, so nothing below has been tested by a real cardholder.

First on-chain revolving credit card — €500–€5,000 credit line underwritten from onchain reputation (no collateral), with a "Buy Now, Pay Never" cashback pool where some purchases are reimbursed by network fees.

Total, per $100 spent: not published

The issuer does not publish enough of its charges for us to price this card. That is not the same as cheap.

Whether to take Cero Card

In its favour

  • First onchain revolving credit card — actual credit line, not a prepaid/debit card
  • 0% collateral required — credit is underwritten from your onchain reputation
  • "Buy Now, Pay Never" model — random purchases reimbursed from a network-fee cashback pool
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay supported; virtual card instant, physical delivered

Against it

  • Pre-launch — only TestFlight invites and waitlist as of May 2026
  • Initial credit limit small (€500 starting, growing to €5k+ with repayments)
  • Fees, FX, and ATM terms not published yet
  • EUR-denominated — non-EU eligibility unclear

Also true, in its favour

  • Cero Score 0850 built from on-time repayments, kept private with zk-TLS
  • Built on Monad with Cred Protocol (credit), Privy (auth), Zerion (wallet), Relay (cross-chain)

What Cero Card costs

Cero Card publishes no fee schedule at all — not one of these charges is named on cero.finance. That is why this record carries no price: the ledger says so rather than estimating one.

Not published by the issuer: to issue the card, monthly, to load, to spend, per payment, fixed, to spend outside the dollar, at a cash machine.

Pre-launch (May 2026, TestFlight cohort). Cero Labs operates the brand; cards, custody, and on/off-ramps are provided by licensed partners. No fee schedule has been published yet. Credit ladder starts at €500, grows to €1.2k → €2.5k → €5k as on-time repayments accumulate.

KYC: what Cero Card asks for

A government document. Passport or ID goes to the issuer and to whoever processes verification for it, before the card is handed over.

Account detailsNone — it is a card, not an account
Coins in2USDC, USDT
Chains2Monad, Ethereum
TiersVirtual (instant), Physical (delivered)

The issuer names no country it turns away. That is not a promise that every country works.

The other flaws

  • Underwriting depends on having onchain history; new wallets get the lowest tier
  • Issuer / card scheme partner (Visa vs. Mastercard) not finalised publicly
