Visa · MCVirtual and plasticSince 2026Do not use. Credible fraud reports exist for this service. We do not link to it. Do not send funds.
A no-KYC card you open with nothing but an email that still funds from Monero and now ships a physical Mastercard with worldwide ATM access — a combination almost nobody else offers, sold at a $99 one-time price with no subscription.
The issuer does not publish enough of its charges for us to price this card. That is not the same as cheap.
Whether to take SolvoCard
In its favour
- Zero KYC — an email address is the whole signup, with no documents, no selfies and no waiting
- Monero is accepted for funding alongside BTC, ETH and USDT, which is rare on a card this mainstream-looking
- Two cards on one balance: a Mastercard in EUR and a Visa in USD, each with its own billing address
- The Mastercard EURO charges no FX and no cross-border fees at all
Against it
- Monerica lists the service as Questionable with an explicit note about reports of frozen balances
- Users report a recurring 'Unable to top up card' error despite sufficient balance, with support going unresponsive
- $99 one-time issuance is steep, and you pay it per card
- The 4% deposit fee and the $1 per top-up appear only in clause 7 of the terms — no pricing page, no fee table, and the marketing pages never mention either
Also true, in its favour
- One-time issuance with no recurring charges and a long 5-year validity
- A physical Mastercard is now shipping worldwide, with real ATM access
- Apple Pay and Google Pay both work on the Visa USD card
- 3-D Secure on both cards, approved from the dashboard with one-time codes
- Accepted at 100M+ merchants, and the operator publishes live counters: 37,731 users, 15,469 cards issued and $9.32M in top-up volume

Issuance is $99 one-time per card, with no recurring charges and 5-year validity on both. Funding is where the real cost sits: SolvoCard's terms state a 4% fee on cryptocurrency deposits plus $1 per card top-up transaction. The Mastercard EURO has no FX fee and no cross-border fee; it is a EUR card that you fund from a USD balance with automatic conversion at the live rate. The Visa USD card charges 2% FX and carries a US billing address — the figure shown here is that worst case. Transactions themselves carry no fee. The published spending limit is $25,000 per month per card. A physical Mastercard with worldwide ATM access is offered at $199 including shipping, though the terms separately list ATM withdrawals and cash advances among prohibited uses — a contradiction the issuer has not resolved. Google Pay works on both cards today; Apple Pay is live on the Visa USD card and 'coming soon' on the EURO one.
KYC: what SolvoCard asks for
An email address, and nothing else. No document, no face, no address — and a burner address costs nothing, which is why the ledger counts this as no identity check at all.
Limits on spending
Not published by the issuer: daily spend, per payment, maximum balance, cash, per day.
Confirmed on solvocard.com on September 11, 2026. A figure told to one person in a chat window is not a published limit, so it does not appear here.

The other flaws
- The Visa USD card carries a 2% FX fee — only the Mastercard EURO is fee-free on currency
- Apple Pay on the Mastercard EURO is still only 'coming soon'
- Tor is reportedly blocked, which sits badly with the privacy positioning
- One reviewer warns against enabling two-factor authentication on the site
- Reports of specific merchants declining, including subscription renewals that worked once and then stopped
- Founded in April 2026, so there is almost no operating history
- No spending limits are published
- The testimonial block on the homepage repeats the same ten quotes twice, which does not inspire confidence
