The issuer does not publish enough of its charges for us to price this card. That is not the same as cheap.

Flat $2 top-up fee and no monthly fee across every card product. Card price ranges from $100 to $300 depending on the BIN (Japanese, Korean, Turkish lira, Argentine peso, Russian MIR, Amex and others), with a stated $50,000 limit and 1–3 year validity. The issuer publishes no percentage top-up or FX rate.
KYC: what Yellowdotpay asks for
An email address, and nothing else. No document, no face, no address — and a burner address costs nothing, which is why the ledger counts this as no identity check at all.
Limits on spending
Yellowdotpay publishes no spending limits at all.
Where it works
The issuer names no country it turns away. That is not a promise that every country works.
The other flaws
- Specific limits and FX not transparently published
