Where it works
The issuer names no country it turns away. That is not a promise that every country works.
The other flaws
- Modest limits: €10,000 per day and €15,000 per month on card payments
- Tight cash limits: €350 per day and €3,000 per month
- Top-up and issuance fees are not published
- Full KYC with ID verification is mandatory, and limits depend on your verification level
- iOS access is still through TestFlight rather than the App Store
