Whether to take Trocador Card
Take it if the point is paying without an account: it accepts Monero, asks for a name and phone it never verifies, and the card ends when the balance does. Do not take it if it has to work everywhere — there is no 3D Secure, so every merchant that asks for it declines, and one load is all you get.
