Uzbekistan's first regulator-approved crypto Mastercard — issued by Kapital Bank/Ravnaq Bank under NAPP digital sandbox, auto-converts crypto to payment currency. DISCONTINUED: the NAPP-licensed UzNEX exchange infrastructure the card integrated with had its operating license revoked in May 2026.
The issuer does not publish enough of its charges for us to price this card. That is not the same as cheap.

What UzNEX Card costs
UzNEX Card publishes no fee schedule at all — not one of these charges is named on uznex.com. That is why this record carries no price: the ledger says so rather than estimating one.
Not published by the issuer: to issue the card, monthly, to load, to spend, per payment, fixed, to spend outside the dollar, at a cash machine.
SHUT DOWN CARD. Specific fees were never publicly published. Was issued by Kapital Bank and Ravnaq Bank in Uzbekistan under a NAPP-approved regulatory sandbox, integrating with the UzNEX crypto exchange (Kobea Group) and Mastercard. NAPP revoked Kobea Group's exchange license on 25 May 2026 and instructed users to request refunds; uznex.com shows services suspended.
KYC: what UzNEX Card asks for
Full verification: a document, a photograph of your face and proof of your address. The same file a bank opens on you, held by a company that is not a bank.
Limits on spending
UzNEX Card publishes no spending limits at all.
Where it works
The issuer names no country it turns away. That is not a promise that every country works.
The other flaws
- Operated within regulatory sandbox (limited rollout)
- Full KYC required (regulated bank product)
