Cards for Facebook Ads
Meta bills cards, not wallets. These services take USDT and give you a card number that Meta's billing accepts — compared on the four things that decide whether the charge clears.

On automatic payments Meta charges when spend hits a threshold or the month closes, whichever comes first, and the threshold rises as an account builds history. A balance sized for yesterday's threshold fails against today's, and Meta then retries the full amount rather than what fits. Keep headroom above the current threshold, not above yesterday's daily spend.
The verification hold is where most cards die
Adding a card triggers a small authorisation that usually asks for 3-D Secure. This is the single most common failure point, and it has nothing to do with the balance: if the confirmation code goes to a phone number the provider controls, you cannot complete the step yourself. Providers that surface the code in the dashboard or a Telegram bot remove the problem entirely — check that column before the fee columns.
One card per ad account, always
Reusing one card number across several ad accounts links them in Meta's eyes, and a ban on one can carry to the others. This is why per-card pricing and an uncapped card count matter more here than on any other platform: the correct setup is one disposable number per account, cancelled and replaced without a second thought.
Which card country works best for Meta?
There is no universal answer, and any service promising one is selling. What buyers report consistently is that alignment beats any particular country: the card's issuing country, the ad account's country and the account's billing currency pointing at the same place clears more reliably than a supposedly premium BIN pointing somewhere else. Pick the provider whose BIN list covers the countries you actually advertise from.
Meta charged the card and the campaign still stopped. Why?
A successful charge settles a debt; it does not vouch for the account. Campaigns stop for policy review, for a failed business verification, or because the payment cleared after the account was already restricted. Check the account quality tab before assuming the card is at fault — and check whether an earlier decline left a balance owing, because Meta will collect that before it resumes delivery.
